E2 is a blended learning programme with both on-line modules and face-to-face learning situations.The programme is divided into the following three parts:

1. The main programme for co-workers
2. A support programme for managers
3. A support programme for facilitators

The programme has been designed in this manner to ensure that the participating co-workers will get help and support from both a pedagogical facilitator – typically from a school - and from their manager on a day to day basis.
